Tasting Note: A versatile, easygoing sauvignon blanc to pair with a midweek meal.

Pale-intensity lemon in color, this wine has an aromatic, medium-plus-intensity nose of green pear, starfruit and golden apple with herbal hints of freshly-cut grass.

On the palate the dry, medium-plus-bodied sauvignon blanc has medium-plus-intensity flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium-plus acidity and completing with a green-fruit-filled, medium-plus finish.

The wine is straightforward with hints of the herbal character that is sauvignon blanc’s signature.
