Tasting Note: A cabernet franc that displays loads of flavor concentration and black fruit.

Deep-intensity purple in color this wine has an aromatic nose of black plum, black cherry and clove baking spice.

On the palate the dry, medium-plus bodied wine is concentrated with velvety, medium-plus tannin and black fruit flavors suggested on the nose.

The wine is balanced and has some mid-palate complexity.

Bottle Note: 100% cabernet franc with typical fynbos aromas on the nose and fine tannins adding backbone. The dark fruit and minerality will be perfect with lamb or venison.
