Pale-intensity lemon in color, this wine has a medium-plus-intensity nose of quince, pineapple, orange citrus, vanilla baking spice, nectarine and blossom.

On the palate the dry, medium-plus-bodied cataratto has medium-plus-intensity flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium acidity and completing with a baking-spice-and-quince-infused finish.

The wine is creamy in texture with midpalate complexity.
