Tasting Note: A sauvignon blanc with green fruit and light, savory notes towards the end of the taste.

Medium-intensity lemon in color this wine has an aromatic, medium-plus-intensity nose of green apple, forest floor, hay, blossom and freshly-cut grass.

On the palate the dry, medium-plus-bodied sauvignon blanc has medium-plus-intensity flavors suggested on the nose with more earthy notes supported by medium acidity and completing with a medium finish.

There is midpalate complexity and balance between the fruit and earthiness.
