Baudouin Millet, Chablis 2017, Burgundy, France

Tasting Note: A Chablis with a combination of ripe-and-tart fruit flavors as well as earthy elements.

Medium-intensity lemon in color, this wine has an aromatic nose of quince, pineapple, wild blossom, gooseberry and pear drop.

On the palate the dry, medium-bodied chardonnay delivers flavors suggested on the nose along with forest floor and hay.

There is some midpalate complexity and medium-plus flavor intensity that completes with a lemon-citrus-infused medium-plus finish.

A chardonnay with many classic Chablis elements.
