Beneduce Vineyards, Chardonnay 2019, New Jersey
Tasting Note: A reserved chardonnay that shows beautiful fruit coupled with just the lightest hints of oak.
Pale-intensity lemon in color, this wine has a medium-plus-intensity nose of green-apple, peach stone fruit with hints of vanilla, clove and lychee.
On the palate the dry, medium-plus bodied chardonnay has medium-plus-intensity flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium-plus acidity and completing with a medium-plus finish.
The midpalate is soft with complexity that rides underneath the fruit.
The wine was aged on the lees in 10% new-French oak.
