Tasting Note: Channels white Burgundy with its finesse and integration of fruit and oak.

Medium-intensity lemon in color, this wine has an aromatic, medium-plus-intensity nose of almond, bosc pear and just-ripened green apple with hints of vanilla and lemon-citrus peel.

On the palate the dry, medium-plus-bodied chardonnay has medium-plus-intensity flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium-plus acidity and completing with a medium-plus finish.

Bottle Note: At Unionville, we grow 40 acres of vineyard at four sites across two New Jersey counties. The hand-harvested grapes in this particular bottle were grown at our Pheasant Hill Vineyard in Hopewell, New Jersey. Harvest Date: September 29, 2017. Barrel Fermented and aged 7 months in 100% neutral French oak. °BX at Harvest: 22.1, TA: 0.75, RS: 0.0%. Enjoy with oysters on the half-shell, Whiting Meuniere, or grilled Tarragon-Dijon chicken.
