Tasting Note: An Amontillado that sings and sits squarely between Bodegas Tradicion’s Palo Cortado and Oloroso Sherries.

Amber in color, this wine has an aromatic, medium-plus-intensity nose of toasted almonds, walnuts, lighted-toasted brioche bun and fig.

On the palate the dry, medium-plus-bodied Amontillado Sherry has medium-plus-intensity flavors suggested on the nose completing with a buttery, medium-plus finish.

Complex yet reserved.
