Medium-intensity amber in color, this wine has an aromatic, pronounced-intensity nose of brioche, butter, hazelnut, toasted bread and rancio.

On the palate the dry, full-bodied Palo Cortado Sherry has medium-plus-intensity flavors suggested on the nose ultimately completing with a long finish.
