Tasting Note: A delicate, brut nature cava with a lovely mousse.

Medium-intensity lemon in color, this wine has small, tight bubbles with a nose of green apple, brioche, bread dough and blossom with a hint of caramel.

On the palate the dry, medium-bodied cava delivers delicate flavors suggested on the nose lifted by medium acidity and completing with a caramel finish.

There is midpalate complexity, subtlety and underlying vibrancy.

Reminiscent of sparkling wine from Burgundy.
