Bouvet-Ladubay, Excellence Brut Rosé, Loire, France
Tasting Note: A sparkling cabernet franc rosé that captures the vibrancy of the region especially as an affordable alternative to champagne.
Salmon in color with tight bubbles, this wine has a nose of fresh, red fruit including strawberry and raspberry with some yeast.
On the palate the dry, medium-bodied cabernet franc rosé is soft and plush in texture with medium-plus-to-high acidity.
