Tasting Note: Champagne can range the gamut in style from being fruit driven to being yeast driven, and this Champagne straddles the middle combining qualities of both.

Medium-intensity lemon in color with small, tight bubbles, this wine has a medium-plus-intensity nose of golden apple, fresh brioche, bosc pear, toast and lemon zest.

On the palate the dry, medium-plus-bodied Champagne has medium-intensity flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium-plus acidity and completing with a yeast-and-citrus, medium finish.

The wine is complex with subtle, autolytic notes while still retaining its fruit character.

A great Champagne to enjoy with friends becasue everyone can find something they enjoy in the style.

Bottle Note: “Premiere Cuvée” is a secret Assemblage of the finest grapes – most of which come from our 89 parcels – grown in 30 highly rated vineyards. Produced exclusively from the first pressing, this great wine, with a straw gold color, offers generous fruit aromas combined with a pure minerality. After aging for 36 months, this bottle was disgorged in June 2020 and returned to our cellars for a minimum of five months post disgorgement recovery.
