Tasting Note: A malbec from Argentina the benefits from aging and shows development along with a plush mouthfeel.

Deep-intensity ruby in color, this wine has an aromatic, medium-plus-intensity nose of red plum, raspberry, red cherry, bramble, blossom and fig.

On the palate the dry, full-bodied malbec has medium-plus-intensity flavors suggested on the nose supported by ripe, supple, medium tannin.

The wine is balanced with some midpalate concentration.

One of the joys of life is tasting wine over the arc of time.

May you enjoy this pleasure as well.

Bottle Note: Carinae (Latin: from Carina). Carina – one of the most stunning constellations in the southern sky, situated in the milk way – is comprised of a multitude of stars. Carina looks down upon our vineyards every night during harvest. This wine was crafted exclusively from grapes harvested in vineyards. It reveals the intense berry aromas that are typical of this variety. It is intended to be consumed young. Wine making consultant Michel Rolland and his team bring years of experience in crafting wines of complexity and elegance to the wines of Carinae.
