Tasting Note: A crémant from Bordeaux that is predominately semillon based and that expresses green apple and stone fruit.

Pale-intensity gold in color, this wine has a medium-intensity nose of green apple, pear, blossom, apricot, lemon citrus and toast.

On the palate the dry, medium-bodied crémant delivers flavors suggested on the nose along with peach stone fruit and golden raisin.

The wine is medium in acidity, flavor intensity and finish.

The mouse consists of medium-sized bubbles that fade quickly.

A mostly straightforward sparkler produced in a reserved style.

Because only 1-2% of Bordeaux produces sparkling wine with 20% growth per year, familiarizing yourself with this growing, under-the-radar market segment could be an interesting tasting experiment over time.

Bottle Note: Delicate, sensible, with aromas of white flowers and exotic fruits, a paradox between subtlety and character. Hand harvested, second fermentation in bottle using the traditional method, aged for 12 months. Grape: 70% semillon, 20% muscadelle, 10% sauvignon blanc.
