Tasting Note: A white Rhone blend that doesn’t take itself too seriously and that is filled with ripe fruit along with hints of baking spice.

Medium-intensity lemon in color, this wine has an aromatic, medium-plus-intensity nose of green plum, granny-smith apple, white nectarine, blossom and vanilla baking spice.

On the palate they dry, medium-plus-bodied white-Rhone blend has medium-plus-intensity flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium acidity and completing with a medium, green-fruit-and-clove-infused finish.

The wine is mostly straightforward in profile and is good in its dimension with balanced fruit and acidity.

Could be paired with many a meal especially seafood and poultry.

Bottle Note: A family of winemakers for generations, we are intimately connected to our land. With this cuvée we continue in the path of our ancestors. A classic Rhone blend brimming with fragrances of white flowers, peaches and exotic fruits, it pairs beautifully with white meats, fish in sauces of goat cheese. 45% grenache blanc, 25% Roussanne, 20% viognier and 10% Clairette.
