Chateau de Trinquevedel Tavel 2015 – Typifies Grenache-Based Rosé

Chateau de Trinquevedel Tavel 2015, France, Wine Casual

Chateau de Trinquevedel Tavel 2015, France

Tasting Note: Medium-intensity salmon in color, this wine has a nose of strawberry, red cherry, orange citrus and cranberry.

On the palate the dry, medium-plus bodied grenache-based rosé has an oily texture with flavors on the nose continuing to the palate supported by medium acidity and coarse, medium-plus tannin.

The rosé has a medium-plus finish and is very good in quality because it typifies the grape varietal well.

Drink now though more aging could improve the flavor.
