Tasting Note: This Lambrusco is made in a sweet style with low alcohol and from a growing area that tends to produce the most concentrated version of the grape.

Deep-intensity purple in color, this wine has an aromatic nose of ripe black cherry, black plum, black currant, blackberry, raspberry and cranberry.

On the palate the sweet (amabile), medium-plus-bodied Lambrusco presents ripe black fruit suggested on the nose supported by medium acidity and slightly-grippy, medium tannin.

At 9% alcohol this would be a perfect porch sipper or pool sider on a summer afternoon.

It offers sweetness combined with more concentration than you’ll find in basic, entry-level Lambrusco.
