Tasting Note: A spritely South African Brut sparkling wine that abounds with green fruit and bright lemon citrus.
Pale-intensity lemon in color, this wine has a nose of green apple and bread dough.
On the palate the dry, medium-bodied wine has medium-plus-intensity flavor intensity with tart green apple and lemon citrus flavors.
The wine is medium-plus in acidity and completes with a medium-plus finish.
80% of the wine is made from a base vintage, and 20% is made from reserve wine.
Bottle Note: Pinot Noir 52%, Chardonnay 48%. Maturation: 30 Months minimum on the lees. Elegant, crisp and fruity, with fresh lingering notes of citrus, apple and brioche.
