De Saint-Gall, Premier Cru Le Blanc de Blancs Champagne, France
Tasting Note: A delicate Champagne that accentuates the wine’s fruit character.
Pale-intensity lemon in color with tight, small, persistent bubbles, this wine has a medium-intensity nose of green apple, toast, lemon-citrus peel and brioche.
On the palate the dry, medium-bodied Champagne has medium-intensity flavors suggested on the nose supported by high acidity and completing with a medium-plus finish with some notes of white flower.
The sparkling wine is balanced with a steely texture and midpalate complexity.
The type of Champagne you can serve to a newbie or aficionado, and they would both be pleased.
Bottle Note: The remarkable location of our terroirs in the Côte des Blancs has allowed Champagne de Saint-Gall to set the standard for chardonnay. This unique and exceptional supply of grapes can be found in our range of blanc de blancs Champagnes widely renowned for precision and quality.
