Del Rio Vineyard Estate, Grenache Rosé 2020, Rogue Valley, Oregon

Tasting Note: A rosé filled with attractive red fruit and florality.

Medium-intensity salmon in color, this wine has a medium-intensity nose of red cherry, strawberry, nectarine stonefruit and blossom.

The rosé gets its color from direct press.

On the palate the dry, medium-bodied rosé has medium-intensity flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium acidity and completing with a floral, medium finish.

Bottle Note: Located in the Rogue Valley of Southern Oregon, Del Rio’s Vineyard Estate is situated at the convergence of the Cascade, Siskiyou and Coastal mountain ranges. Overlooking the Rogue River, our estate vineyard is a contiguous 300-acre site with a warm intermediate climate, providing us with an excellent foundation for great winemaking. Together, fourth generation farmer Robert Wallace and his artisan winemaking team work to produce world class varietals from this wild and unspoiled place. Pale pink in color, our Del Rio Estate Rosé delivers intense fruit aromas of grapefruit and strawberry on the nose. Mouthwatering and delicious, this wine is filled with flavors of strawberry, peach and citrus combined with crisp minerality in the finish. Perfect with a salad of bright greens or relaxing on a sunny veranda. Enjoy!
