Tasting Note: Medium-intensity salmon in color, this wine has an aromatic nose of strawberry, red plum, blossom and some earthy forest floor elements.

On the palate the dry, medium-bodied cabernet franc rosé has restrained fruit flavors and medium acidity.

Even as the wine is mostly straightforward there are traces of mid-palate complexity that are present even as rosés in general tend to be lacking in this regard.

The rosé delivers flavors suggested on the nose with blossom petals.

There is balance between fruit and acidity.

Bottle Note: Made from free-run juice, this unique rosé is crisp, fresh and displays flavors of cassis, strawberries and ripe cherries with a seductive spicy finish.
