Tasting Note: A basic, unoaked chardonnay.
Medium-intensity lemon in color, this wine has a nose of green apple, banana, rose petal, blossom and Sweethearts candy.
On the palate the dry, medium-bodied chardonnay is medium in flavor intensity buttressed by medium acidity.
The wine has a citrus-infused finish.
Bottle Note: The tank fermented chardonnay was kept on its lees for six months, making it soft and rounded, with citrus undertones from the grapes. Serve well chilled with salads.
