Tasting Note: A brawny red blend that perfectly pairs with grilled meats and veggies.

Deep purple in color, this wine has a medium-plus-intensity nose of blackberry, black plum, raspberry and hints of fig.

On the palate the dry, full-bodied red blend has medium-plus-intensity flavors suggested on the nose supported by ripe, medium-plus tannin. Serve slightly chilled to enhance the midpalate fruit.

From the start, our Gaia wines have been crafted with a French winemaking sensibility and made from 100% organic fruit grown at 1,200m/4,000ft altitude. Mother Earth determines the final blend according to the conditions of each vintage. Gaia is a blend of our best fruit, harvested by hand, co-fermented and aged in French oak for 8 months. An elegant, yet full-bodied wine, Gaia Red Blend has layers of silky tannins, refreshing acidity, and notes of violet, red and black berries, plum and spice.
