Domaine de Chevillard, Vin de Savoie 2016 Jacquère, France
Tasting Note: A Savoie white blend with caramel-tinged fruit buttressed by pleasing yeasty notes.
Pale-intensity lemon in color, this wine has an aromatic, medium-plus-intensity nose of green apple, pear, lemon-citrus zest, orange blossom, gooseberry, tangerine, walnuts and brioche.
On the palate the dry, medium-bodied white blend has medium-plus-intensity flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium-plus acidity and completing with a medium-plus, bread-dough-kissed finish.
The wine is slightly-creamy in texture with a complex midpalate.
A white blend with there-there.
