Tasting Note: A savory Loire cabernet franc for those who adore it made in the classic, cool-weather style.

Deep-intensity ruby in color, this wine has an aromatic, pronounced-intensity nose of black plum, forest floor, dried leaves, pencil shavings and almost-ripened raspberry.

On the palate the dry, medium-bodied Bourgueil has medium-plus-intensity flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium acidity and just-ripened, medium tannin completing with an herbal, medium-plus finish.

Beautiful cabernet franc.
