Tasting Note: A white Burgundy for acid lovers who enjoy refreshing, tart green fruit.

Pale-intensity lemon in color, this wine has a medium-intensity nose of green apple, white peach, pear, blossom and lemon peel.

On the palate the dry, medium-plus-bodied chardonnay has tart, green-fruit flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium-plus acidity and completing with a medium-plus, lemon-citrus-infused finish.

The wine is steely in texture with minerality expressing itself along the midpalate.

A animated chardonnay with oomph.

Bottle Note: In Burgundy, in Clessé, the Domaine du Mont Épin extends on 13 hectares of vines, located on clayey limestone slopes and planted exclusively in chardonnay. These beautiful soils are revealed through the meticulous, rigorous and passionate work of Richard and Stéphane Martin. The result is a great white wine with subtle balance between floral notes, minerality and fruity notes. With signature freshness, we appreciate the roundness, harmony and elegance of this great Burgundy wine.
