Tasting Note: A floral-led Chinon produced from a one-block parcel on top of a hill.

Deep-intensity purple in color, this wine has an aromatic, medium-plus-intensity nose of black plum, dried-crushed violet blossom and graphite with very faint notes of forest floor.

On the palate the dry, medium-plus-bodied cabernet franc has medium-plus-intensity flavors suggested on the nose with some chalk along the midpalate.

The wine is medium in acidity with slightly, velvety medium tannin that ultimately completes with a medium-plus finish.
