Domaine Jean Dauvissat Père & Fils, Chablis 2016, Burgundy, France

Tasting Note: A Chablis that presents the creamier side of white Burgundy along with complex aromatics.

Pale-intensity lemon in color, this wine has a medium-plus-intensity nose of green apple, hay, quince, bread dough, yogurt, clove, walnut and lemon citrus.

On the palate the dry, medium-bodied Chablis has a creamy texture with medium-intensity flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium acidity and completing with a medium-plus finish.

There is a reserved complexity on the palate that is more vibrant on the nose.

The chardonnay is very good in quality.
