Tasting Note: A bone-dry Loire Chenin blanc that carries forward the grape’s signature fruit absent any hint of sweetness on the palate.

Pale-intensity lemon in color, this wine has an aromatic, medium-plus-intensity nose of quince, green pear, lychee, golden apple, white nectarine and blossom.

On the palate the dry, medium-plus-bodied chenin blanc has tart, medium-intensity flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium acidity and completing with a medium finish.

Dry complexity fills the palate and quickly subsides leaving behind streaks of green apple and white nectarine stonefruit.

Grown-up chenin blanc for a wide array of pairings.
