Tasting Note: A brut crémant with texture.

Gold in color, this wine has a nose of honey, peach and green grape.

On the palate the crémant is dry with minerality on the medium finish.

The sparkling wine is a blend of pinot blanc, pinot gris, auxerrois and pinot noir.

The organic grapes were grown on gypsum soil.
