Domaine Vincent Paris, Les Côtes Saint Joseph 2017, Rhone, France

Tasting Note: A Saint Joseph that will make you want to seek our more expressions from this under-the radar Rhone region.

Deep-intensity purple in color, this wine has an aromatic, medium-plus-intensity nose of black plum, black currant, blackberry, raspberry, leather and violet blossom.

On the palate the dry, full-bodied syrah is filled with layers of black fruit supported by medium acidity and slightly-grippy, medium-plus tannin ultimately completing with a long, blackberry-infused finish.

There is midpalate complexity and substance to the flavorful wine.
