Medium-intensity amber in color, this wine has an aromatic, medium-intensity nose of brioche, buttered toast, caramel, baking spice, roasted walnut and leather.

On the palate the dry, full-bodied Palo Cortado Sherry had medium-intensity flavors suggested on the nose ultimately completing with a medium-plus, buttery finish.

The wine is creamy in texture with a complex midpalate.
