Medium-intensity ruby in color, this wine has a medium-intensity nose of red cherry and red plum with hints of strawberry.

On the palate the dry, medium-bodied chianti has medium-intensity flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium tannin.

The wine is balanced and mostly straightforward in profile.

Better than basic chianti.
