Filipa Pato 3B Extra Brut Rosé – Bone Dy, Angular Fruit with Flavor Intensity

Filipa Pato 3B, Extra Brut Rosé, Beiras, Portugal, Wine Casual

Filipa Pato 3B, Extra Brut Rosé, Beiras, Portugal

Tasting Note: A bone-dry, Portuguese sparkling rosé that impresses with angular fruit, precision and flavor intensity.

Medium-intensity pink-to-salmon in color, this wine has a medium-plus-intensity nose of fresh strawberry, red cherry, cranberry, orange-citrus peel, rose petal and blossom.

On the palate the bone-dry, medium-plus-bodied sparkling rosé delivers, restrained, medium-intensity, red-fruit flavors suggested on the nose and completes with an orange-citrus-infused finish.

There’s something quite attractive about this extra-brut rosé style, which will make you want to go down the Portuguese, sparkling-wine rabbit hole.

Bottle Note: Unfiltered. Authentic wines without makeup. The 3b is a blend of Baga (75%) and Bical (25%), two native grape varieties. Our philosophy of creating authentic wines without makeup gives nature the chance to change slightly the intensity of the color of this wine. This way we can show the full expression of the vintage.
