Tasting Note: A sultry 15-year aged tequila with midpalate complexity to rival the Tower of Babel.

Medium-intensity amber in color, this spirit has an aromatic, medium-plus-intensity nose of lilac blossom, dried herbs, jasmine, dried orange peel, mint, white pepper and sage brush.

On the palate the dry, full-bodied tequila has medium-plus-intensity flavors suggested on the nose along with subtle herbal hints that complement and flatter the floral overlay.

The spirit is understated on the attack and robust in depth as it makes its way to the back of your palate revealing the faintest hint of tobacco box, regret and possibility (in that order).

An aged tequila with subtlety but not without opinion.

Bottle Note: Enrique Fonseca, Master Distiller.
