Tasting Note: This is a flirty, complex Albariño.

Tropical fruit and bread-dough aromas kick off the nose followed by grilled pineapple slice, nectarine, brioche and orange blossom.

The palate is bright yet concentrated with a mix chalk-dusted green pear and dried lemon peel.

The wine is substantial enough to be enjoyed on its own by the glass, or paired with seafood and heavier dishes that would be complimented by lively acidity.
