Tasting Note: An elegant rosé that will make you want to dress in linen when you drink it so you can rise to its level.

The pale pinkest of rosé’s with only the slightest hint of color so much so that you might not even know it was a rosé if you were served it blind.

The wine has an aromatic nose of red apple fruit, strawberry and pear.

On the palate the rosé is light-to-medium in body with hints of green and red fruit tartness that show on the attack and bob up and down through to the finish.

A rosé with delicate texture and elegant aromatics that shows sensuality; come hither.

Bottle Note: A pure, crystal clear unique rosé from the South of France. Characterized by its pale, almost crystalline color, Gris Blanc is elegant, fruity and dry. The exceptional freshness of the wine makes it an ideal partner for seafood, salad and grilled meats; it is also a perfect accompaniment to tapas.
