Guillaume de Veroy, Crémant de Bourgogne Brut Rosé, Burgundy, France
Tasting Note: A vibrant rosé crémant from Burgundy that plays in the delicious, red-fruit end of the sparkling-rosé spectrum.
Medium-to-deep-intensity salmon in color, this wine has an aromatic nose of strawberry, red cherry, quince, and blossom.
On the palate the dry, medium-plus-bodied crémant delivers delicate red-fruit flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium-plus acidity completing with a red-cherry-infused, medium finish.
There is midpalate complexity and balance between the fruit and acidity.
A well-put-together sparkling rosé to repeat at home and dinner parties!
Bottle Note: This Crémant de Bourgogne Rosé shows beautiful pink color and fine bubbles. On the nose, scents of red berries such as raspberry and redcurrant open up to jammy notes. Serve chilled.
