Tasting Note: This wine tastes as if it could have been raised, harvested and bottled in the Northern Rhone.

Medium-intensity ruby in color with some garnet around the edges, this wine has an aromatic nose of blackberry, black pepper, strawberry and raspberry with that wild, feral quality found in Northern-Rhone syrah.

On the palate the dry, full-bodied shiraz is medium-plus in ripe, velvety tannin tending toward soft in overall texture.

The wine also reveals midpalate complexity.
