Tasting Note: This pale, light-bodied rosé sparkler flirts with red fruit.

With only the slightest touch of pink color.

This wine has aromas of strawberry and raspberry carried by tight, compact bubbles.

On the palate the dry wine is tart with a delicate mousse texture and medium-plus acidity.

There are also some light nectarine notes on the finish.

Bottle Note: Rigorous selection and traditional methods of vinification and maturation ensure that Jaffelin’s wines give the most complete expression of the soil. This crémant shows a beautiful pink colour with fine bubbles. On the nose, scents of red berries such as raspberry and red currant open up to jammy notes.
