Tasting Note: Only 100 cases of this chenin blanc are made in the Loire, and they present a dry, expression of the grape that abounds with depth and flavor intensity.

Medium-intensity gold in color, this wine has a pronounced-intensity, aromatic nose of baked green apple, honey, apricot stone fruit, quince and blossom.

On the palate the dry, medium-bodied chenin blanc delivers complex, fruit flavors suggested on the nose in a style that it suggestive of indigenous-yeast fermentation which often multiplies the depth of a wine.

There is medium acidity, mid-palate complexity and balance between the fruit and acidity that ultimately completes with a lemon-citrus infused, medium-plus finish.
