Tasting Note: A Beaujolais done in a less nouveau and more-typical and more-reserved Beaujolais style.

Deep-intensity purple in color, this wine has an aromatic, medium-plus-intensity nose of red plum, red currant, blackberry puree, strawberry and violet blossom.

On the palate the dry, medium-bodied Beaujolais Nouveau has medium-intensity, red-and-black-fruit flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium-plus acidity and completing with a raspberry-infused, medium-plus finish.

Bottle Note: Vielles Vignes.
