Tasting Note: One of only three sparkling Roussannes made in the world as far as the winery knows, this wine offers a sparkling take on a classic Rhone grape.

Medium-intensity gold in color, this wine has an aromatic medium-plus-intensity nose of quince, applesauce and blossom.

On the palate the dry, medium-bodied, sparkling Roussanne had medium-intensity flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium acidity.

The wine is oily texture in texture with a sparkling uplift.
