Tasting Note: This cabernet franc has an understated nose of black plum, black currant and black pepper.

On the palate the primary aromas on the nose continue as flavors but ride underneath a layer of chalky medium acidity through to the finish.

The cabernet franc is straightforward overall with a combination of tart fruit and acidity characterizing the majority of the taste.

Over the course of an evening and with more exposure to air this cab franc becomes more elegant in your glass.
