Tasting Note: This pale-lemon colored sparkler has a nose of green apple and lime zest.

On the palate, the medium-bodied wine is refreshing with high acidity wiping your tongue clean with flavors of green fruit ending with a tart, slightly chalky finish.

You’ve probably never had a chardonnay and riesling sparkler blend.

Dry riesling notes jump out on the long finish held together by the chardonnay. Be sure to drink while the wine is chilled as it’s only slightly sparkling and bubbles tend to fade fast once the wine approaches room temperature.

Bottle Note: 50% Chardonnay, 50% Riesling. Our estate grown chardonnay and riesling was hand-harvested, whole cluster pressed and fermented together to marry both varieties from the start. Maturing on its yeast lees for a minimum of 20 months, the wine’s delicate, opulent bubbles are a direct result of the traditional méthode champenoise process. Layered with bright notes of white peach, kiwi and lime, this sparkling wine was created for life’s everyday enjoyment.
