Tasting Note: Ruby in color this New York Finger Lakes cab franc has a nose of red cherry, raspberry and red plum.

On the palate some soft black fruit undertones including blackberry sit under the layer of red fruit flavors suggested on the nose.

The cabernet franc is medium in body, acidity with a smooth silky finish.

Overall a well made cabernet franc that shows the fruit of the region from a major producer in the area.
