Tasting Note: An elegant cabernet franc that captures elements of the seductiveness of the grape varietal.

This ruby-colored cabernet franc has an aromatic red-fruit filled nose with red cherry and red plum as the lead aromas followed by trace raspberry notes that grow in intensity the longer the wine is exposed to air in your glass.

On the palate the medium-bodied wine is smooth and delivers on the red fruit promise on the nose with medium-plus acidity kicking in at the 30% point of the taste through to a chalky finish.

Bottle Note: Concentrated ripe red fruits lead to smoky oak characteristics with hints of vanilla and spice. Excellent with red meats, earthy mushrooms and hard cheeses.
