Lucie Thieblemont, Crémant de Bourgogne et de Vigneron Brut, Burgundy, France
Tasting Note: A tart, bright crémant that makes a great aperitif.
Pale-intensity lemon in color with small tight bubbles, this wine has a nose of quince, green pear, lemon-citrus and blossom.
On the palate the dry, medium-bodied crémant delivers tart, medium-intensity, green-fruit flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium-plus acidity and completing with a medium finish.
The wine is mostly straightforward and bright in flavor intensity.
A good porch sipper to serve before dinner is served.
Would pair great with seafood appetizers.
