Tasting Note: A bright white blend with zippy acidity and some pleasing salinity.

Pale intensity lemon-green in color, this wine has a medium-plus-intensity nose of green apple, blossom, pear and chamomile.

On the palate the dry, medium-plus-bodied bianco has medium-plus-intensity flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium-plus acidity and completing with a medium finish.

The wine has a steely texture and is 60% chardonnay and 40% pinot bianco.
