Tasting Note: A classic Bourgueil with earthy, herbal qualities that are the wine’s signature.

Medium-intensity purple in color, this wine has an aromatic, medium-plus-intensity nose of black plum, pencil shavings, dried raspberry and forest floor.

On the palate the dry, medium-plus-bodied Bourgueil has medium-plus-intensity flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium acidity and slightly-grippy, medium-plus tannin.

The wine has complex fruit and herbal notes that make the wine a delight to savor.

A definite bottle to repeat.
